According to ESPN's Site for OSU's Schedule and "Tickets As Low As"
The ticket prices match expectation with a bizarre exception of Rutgers.

HOME Slate
Lowest Cost tickets (not including exorbitant taxes and fees): $458 (roughly one Notre Dame ticket)
6) Western Kentucky - $38 - Week 3, right before Notre Dame week.
Low Interest, WKU lost to Indiana in 2022 in OT. They're Indiana on a good day.
5) Youngstown State - $51 - Week 2, home openers always have an uptick.
We have a history. Youngstown begot Tressel who begot 31-24 in Tempe.
4) Minnesota - $63 - Week 12, final home game
Last chance to see Buckeyes before spring game. Hopefully a tune-up for TTUN. Minnesota is a wild card: between a non-bowl team or a fringe top 25. Stay Tuned.
3) Maryland - $71 - week 6
Maryland, for some reason is scary vs OSU in College Park. At the 'Shoe, not so much.
2) Michigan State - $90 - Week 11
They have regressed since Tucker was hired. Their coach thinks pass defense is overrated and plays accordingly.
1) Penn State - $145 - Week 8
With Minnesota being a wild card, this may be the only ranked team that visits Columbus this year.

Away Slate
Lowest Cost tickets (not including exorbitant taxes and fees): $1,131
You think this is high, just wait until OSU goes to the Rose Bowl in the fall of 2024.
6) Indiana - $63 - Opening Week
Opening day plus Labor Day weekend. Travel Time!
Likely 70%+ OSU fans in Bloomington. Indiana's lightning in a bottle that culminated in a 7 pt OSU loss in 2020 is of interest only to historians.
5) Purdue - $65 - Week 7
Technically the B1G West Champs - But that division is terrible.
Purdue's OSU aura is a myth. One win (2018) since Urban was hired. The 49-20 win bested a team hosting a multitude of warning signs (Urban had no running game and ZERO defense to close out his tenure).
4) Rutgers - $71 - Week 10
The only shocking price. I suspect more Buckeyes in the crowd swarming from the East Coast.
Rutgers still boasts about their 1869 co-championship with Princeton.
3) Wisconsin - $145 - Week 9 - Halloween weekend
Fickell is lurking. Technically, he's one of 3 B1G coaches with playoff experience. They are a wildcard.
2) TTUN - $366 - week 13, Final Week
The Game.
1) Notre Dame - $421 - week 4
The premier Non-Conference game of the year. OSU should have the edge, as, according to Freeman, they don't go to class.
