With the hires of Laurinaitis and now Sean Binckes, it makes me wonder what a graduate assistant does and how involved they are with the players and development. I know most players deal mostly with position coaches and coordinators on a daily basis and not as much with coach Day, but is this position the level between players and position coach? 

I love Laurinaitis coming back to Ohio State as a name and I love his knowledge base and passion, but what is he going to be actually tasked with doing?

If anyone has any information on this I would love to know. Thanks!
