I went to my first Buckeye game in 1959. I have been a fan from Woody to Day. I have not had cause to question a Buckeye teams toughness and fight until the last two years. Yesterday, against Michigan I saw “lay down”from the coaching decisions to the players. I can forgive being beaten physically but not softness or quit. The Buckeye teams have always been about “ coming back with your shield or on them “. They don’t seem to have that ethos now. The 68, the 2002, and 2014, teams were orders of magnitude tougher both mentally and physically, than this collection of NIL, self centered pansies. Of course a team reflects its leaders and coaches, and, a fish stinks from the head.
