Day would have LOVED John Navarre, he places a premium on being a statue at the position. Not clickbait. Not a Michigan fan. Believe in facts and science and can prove through same that Day has a philisophical problem at the QB position.

Facts:
1. Day selected Haskins over Burrow (not Urban)

2. Haskins, Fields and now Stroud have all been unwilling runners under Days tutelege. All would rather stand in the pocket forever rather than taking the 5-10 easy yards by running to open grass.

3. In all of CFB and even the NFl the best Qb's can scramble AND run when needed. (Mahomes, Burrow, Favre, Rodgers etc.) They can run when needed- willing runners

4. Day coaches his QB's NOT TO run. Day places no premium on a QB's pocket awarness, situational running ability or feel for the game.

5. Philosophically Day preferes stationary statutes at Qb, he would haved LOVED John Navarre.

6. Day will not excell to OSU standards (Natties, victories over Mich) unless his philosophy at the QB position changes. Its rare for middle aged successful people to alter their philosophies.
