I would run a play-action fake to the RB up the gut (be it Williams or Hayden) but instead hand it off to Egbuka on an end around.
Michigan's strength on their defense is right up the middle, their DTs and their LBs, if you get the ball moving to the perimeter it forces those big DTs to move laterally, which they do not want to do.
Set a tone moving laterally early, make them adjust, and then start pounding the rock up the middle when they're worn out.
