The Buckeyes may not be undefeated, but still control their own destiny. 1-0 in conference with a legitimate shot to run the table - who’s got it better than us?

OSU still has the most talented offense in the conference, if not country.

- QB situation is in good hands (even if Stroud needs to sit another week to get healthy). Small sample size against clearly inferior opponent, but performance of both McCord and Miller should be enough to be reassuring.

- As we all knew, both RB and WR room is loaded with special and deep talent - as advertised.

- Offensive line is talented and deep, only need to remain cohesive with Mumford returning and at some point possibly Miller as well.

The OSU defense is a different story, but believe is trending in the right direction.

- Defensive line is too deep and talented to under perform. Young players are hungry and stepping forward, veterans need to step up and follow suit.

- Ideally with the recent roster changes, the linebackers have taken a step forward in figuring things out, on and off the field. 

- The pass defense has given up some yards, but the pups are biting and although may not be BIA in caliber at this point, it seems there are answers in sight.

Special teams seem sound with a reliable kicker, promising young punter and, fingers crossed, a reliable punt return game.

Finally, overall going forward, would like to think the lineups are more set (I guess young team is why it took this long), we won’t see wholesale substitutions and the the coaches can focus on fundamentals and growing a well coached, smart and disciplined football team to go along with the talent.
