Was listening to Neuheisel on ESPNU radio. Said Tennessee had offered a 3 year deal at $1.2 million per. Washington was supposedly close to accepting but then had a chat with Day which seems to have changed his mind. Neuheisel said the source reporting was close to the situation for whatever that is worth.
