It's time for This Week's Question™:
The Buckeyes have been getting after it in the weight room this offseason as Chris Henry Jr., Jeremiah Smith, Legend Bey and the rest of the team have packed on muscle and sculpted their bodies for the upcoming 2026 season.
That got us thinking: How long would you last in a workout with Ohio State strength coach Mick Marotti if you were pushed through a strength session the players must complete multiple times a week? Exercises like:
- Bench Press
- Barbell Squat
- Deadlift or Power Clean
- Vertical Jump and Broad Jump
- 40-Yard Dash
- Pull-Ups (max reps or weighted)
- Medicine Ball Throw
- Split Squat
- Sled Push
Would you make it the entire workout?
