I know that some of you will point out that we don't have a "gamebreaker" like JK this year, but Fields is dangerous with his legs as he showed against MSU and both Sermon and Teague have shown flashes this season. Here are a couple of tidbits for you to chew on as you lament our chances in the playoffs: 

1. We lead the P5 in rushing with 251 ypg (5.56 ypc).

2. I would rate Sermon and Teague as "excellent" in pass protection/blocking.

3. Sermon ranks 12th in the P5 in ypc at 6.25.

We might not have that guy we can turn around and hand it to so he can go 80 yards for a TD like JK did last year, but we are very well equipped in the running game. 

BTW, our defense ranks 5th in the P5 in rush defense. We can run it and we stop the run. That is a good recipe for success!
