I think you can draw a lot on how certain players are doing based on how the coaches and other players talk about them. With that in mind, I figured I'd give a shot at a two deep with some notes. This is what I think the depth chart is right now, but I'll note if I think it will change.
Quarterback:
- Justin Fields

I fully expect CJ Stroud to seize the backup job by mid-season. I think the initial depth chart will show Hoak though.
Runningback:
- Trey Sermon
- Master Teague
- Marcus Crowley
I expect like a 55/45 split to start the season between Sermon and Teague. Once Crowley is healthy you'll see him get some meaningful snaps too. Miyan Williams and Run DMC might get some snaps here in blowouts.
TE:
- Luke Farrell OR Jeremy Ruckert
- Jake Hausmann
Co-starters for Farrell and Ruckert. It feels like we used two TE sets a lot last year, but Dan Hope's snapcharts tell a different story.
WR - X
- Jaylen Harris OR Gee Scott Jr
- Julian Fleming
The hardest position to project is the X receiver. Traditionally you'd see a bigger receiver here (Mike Thomas, Austin Mack, Ben Victor), but Jameson Williams may be hard to keep off the field as a top three receiver. Williams is probably better suited for Z, so I think you could see snaps with Olave at X and Williams at Z. Fleming could also very easily be a Z.
