News coming out that high level Ohio State officials coordinated and supported Nebraska lawsuit against Big Ten per: Sean Callahan (Nebraska Insider).
Apparently Ohio State was on the verge of filing suit as well but worked with (and through) Nebraska to bring the fire.
Sean Callahan of Nebraska insiders on Columbus 97.1 said that there were high level officials from Ohio State talking to Nebraska helping to push the lawsuit against the Big Ten. Ohio State could have been on the verge of filing suit but was helping to push with Nebraska.

Sean Callahan Nebraska insider on Columbus radio said that Ohio State helping to back Nebraska in this fight is one of the main reasons why this is coming to another vote on Friday. They never gave up they kept fighting.

And if you're looking for some insight into how Nebraska feels this vote is going to turn out...
Sean Callahan said Nebraska called their players back and they are now doing back to back practices, they are gearing up to get ready because of the optimism this going to get reversed.

If this is all true, it appears Ohio State and Nebraska have been doing the Lord's work in making this all happen. I'd also imagine the Big Ten knows that if Ohio State is close to filing suit, and if the big dog jumps on board, the Big Ten will never be the same again.
Let's check in on Walter White's thoughts:

Penn State 247 board saying they are also back at practice. Even with students back on campus Penn State athletes have had 1,273 Covid test conducted with only 11 positives since June. They currently one have 1 positive test out of all of their student athletes.
