In a last ditch effort to try and get football this season players and parents now trying to allow liability waivers after demanding they ban them. This really shows a couple things. First how foolish the B1G and PAC-12 players were to demand so many things when the season was already in a tenuous position. Second, how the media pushed the players into a bad spot. The PAC-12 demands were ridiculous yet they were applauded. Now the players are begging to sign the same waivers they threatened to boycott the season over.
I’m pretty pro player but man this just shows how much power the schools have.
