Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields has been selected to another preseason watch list.
Fields was named Thursday as one of 30 preseason nominees for the Manning Award, which honors college football's best quarterback and is selected after bowl games are completed.
A midseason addition to last year's watch list, Fields is one of returning Manning Award finalists from 2019, along with Clemson's Trevor Lawrence, Minnesota's Tanner Morgan, Florida's Kyle Trask and Memphis' Brady White.
Fields has also been named to the preseason watch lists for the Davey O'Brien Award, which also honors college football's best quarterback, and the Maxwell Award, which honors the nation's best player.
No Ohio State quarterback has ever won the Manning Award.
