In a perfect world, let's say by the time the season starts, Teague is good to go, Sermon is ready to hit the ground running, and Crowley and Chambers are primed to contribute.

Anyone remember what happened the last time we had a RB by committee? We had 2 guys, both were very good, but to me it seemed like because there were 2 guys we didn't really have 1 guy. Dobbins had arguably his "worst" (worst is a stupid word to describe it but statistically it was his worst season as a buckeye) and Weber made some nice plays with his opportunities but it never seemed like either guy ever really got going.

Then fast forward a year and JK Dobbins, as the pure #1, had the greatest single season a Buckeye RB has ever had from a yardage standpoint.

Any concern if we end up moving back into that RB by committee status? We know what we have in Sermon by way of what we saw of him at OU, however he is coming off an injury, and we know what we have in Teague given what we saw when he spelled Dobbins even though I think he still had some developing to do from an on-field stand point.

Any concerns here? Would you rather see 1 guy take command? Or are we in for a totally different situation given what Fields can do with his legs vs. how the offense couldn't rely as heavily on the QB run with Haskins?
