Helfrich was just let go today by the Bears. A side note, no coach under God’s green earth is going to be able to help Trubisky. Helfrich is a genius OC and was two time QB coach of the year. He also has connections to Day through their Chip Kelly relationship. I for one would bring him on in a heartbeat to be QBC/Co-OC/Passing Game Coordinator. Day said he wanted the best and Helfrich is certainly that in this position.
