Ari spent time in Manchester, NH interviewing people and researching Ryan Day in depth and describing how his roots define him now.  He interviews both of his brothers in depth.

Here's a quote from one that is eye opening:

“In my opinion,” Ryan says, “and this is what blows everyone’s mind away — this is a bigger job than the Patriots. You can be anywhere in the country and there are Buckeyes everywhere. This is the biggest and best job in football.”

He was describing how people in Manchester don't appreciate what exactly Ryan does now and how Ryan wants to set down roots permanently somewhere.
