2019 NFL Draft

Heading into tonight's draft, a total of 32 Ohio State players have been selected within the first 10 picks of the draft. That number will become 33 after Nick Bosa's name is called. The total might increase to 34 if a team takes Dwayne Haskins.

To kill some minutes before the festivities begin, try your hand at some trivia and read up on the 32 Buckeyes to get their name called during the first 10 picks.

Before diving into the picks, test your brain with a little NFL Draft Trivia.
**Note, Please Use Your Brain and Don't Look Up The Answers**:

EASY
1. Who was the only Buckeye selected in the top 10 last year?

2. How many Ohio State players were the No. 1 overall pick?

MEDIUM
3. What year did the Buckeyes have three players selected in the Top 10?

4. Can you name the team that took Shawn Springs with the third pick of the 1997 NFL Draft?

HARD
5. Before tonight, there has only been one Ohio State player selected with the second pick of the draft. Who was the player and what team picked him?

6. There has also only been one Buckeye called with the sixth pick of the draft. Who was the player and what team picked him?

7. Can you name the six schools with more No. 1 overall draft picks than Ohio State?

1st Pick
Three Buckeyes have been selected first overall. The first was Tom Cousineau. The Bills took the linebacker first in the 1979 draft. The Bengals selected Dan Wilkinson in 1994 and Orlando Pace went to the Rams in 1997.

If Nick Bosa's name gets called tonight, he will become the fourth Buckeye to be selected first in the draft.

2nd Pick
Nick Bosa can take some solace if he falls to No. 2. He will be become the second Buckeye to get selected in this spot. The first happened 81 years ago when Jim McDonald when the Eagles took him in 1938.

3rd Pick
Joey Bosa (Chargers, 2016), Shawn Springs (Seahawks, 1997), John Hicks (Giants, 1974) and Hopalong Cassady (Lions, 1956) are the four Ohio State players to get selected third.

4th Pick
When the Browns took Denzel Ward with the fourth pick last year, he became the fourth Buckeye to get his name called in this spot. The others were Ezekiel Elliott (Cowboys, 2016), Art Schlichter (Colts, 1982) and Chris Ward (Jets, 1978).

5th Pick
The last time an Ohio State went fifth was AJ Hawk. The Packers selected the talented linebacker in 2006. Bob Vogel (Colts, 1963) and Bob Ferguson (Steelers, 1962) were the other Buckeyes to go fifth.

6th Pick
Vernon Gholston is the only Ohio State player to get selected sixth. Fans of the Jets were not very happy with the pick (are they ever happy) and their disdain for the selection proved correct.

7th Pick
23 years ago was the last time a Buckeye went seventh in the draft. The Patriots selected Terry Glenn in this spot in 1996. Tom Matte (Colts, 1961) and Don Clark (Bears, 1959) were the other players to go seventh.

8th Pick
If an Ohio State player is to get selected in the top 10, it is likely to be at this spot. A total of six Buckeyes have been tabbed with the No. 8 pick. The last was Donte Whitner in 2006 to the Bills. The others are David Boston (Cardinals, 1999), Joey Galloway (Seahawks, 1995), Jim Houston (Browns, 1960), Dan James (49ers, 1959) and Jim Parker (Colts, 1957).

9th Pick
Four Buckeyes have been picked ninth. Ted Ginn (Dolphins, 2007), Rickey Dudley (Raiders, 1996), John Brockington (Packers, 1971) and Don Scott (Bears, 1941).

10th Pick
The first player to get selected tenth was Curly Morrison to the Bears in 1950. The last was Eli Apple to the Giants in 2016. In between was a running back named Keith Byars to the Eagles in 1986.
