The Franklin County Sheriff's Office held a Live PD watch party on Saturday night, and the visitors for the event included one former Ohio State quarterback.
Back in Columbus following the conclusion of his NFL season as a member of the Los Angeles Chargers' practice squad, Cardale Jones spent some time Saturday night meeting members of the Franklin County Sheriff's Office and fans.
The sheriff's office posted a picture of Jones with Sheriff Dallas Baldwin on its official Twitter account.
Chief Deputy Jim Gilbert also gave Jones a coin, which he expressed his gratitude for in a Twitter post on Sunday morning.
Big thanks to @CHIEFGILBERT1 for the coin last night. Great to see such a unbelievable turnout in support of LivePD & The Franklin County Sheriffs Office. #Pride #Professionalism #Passion pic.twitter.com/78PJo1Y5px— Cardale Jones (@Cardale7_) January 27, 2019
