Seen rumors elsewhere that they are considered pretty much locks to declare for the NFL draft, but curious why no announcements yet.   Thoughts?

For all his flaws, I still have hopes that the fastest player on the team (Sheffield) comes back, improves and makes better use of his god given talents.   We'll need the depth.
