Urban Meyer put together one of the most incredible recruiting classes in college football history last year, as the 26-member group had an average rating of 0.9429, according to 247Sports.

The group was highlighted by a trio of 5-stars, and incredibly, half the class ranked inside the Top 100 nationally.

And yet, on the biggest stage of the season, it was a throw-in, late addition 3-star receiver who was shining the brightest.

Chris Olave was the third-lowest rated recruit in last year's class, but he looks like a superstar in the making after coming on strong to close the season. The San Marcos, California product caught two touchdown passes against Michigan and it's No. 1-rated defense, then a week later in the Big Ten title game, he hauled in five catches for 79 yards and another score.

Time will tell if he becomes an Ohio State great. Who are your favorite unheralded recruits who went on to have the best collegiate careers, and why?
