This is born out of my own ignorance (and is a serious question), but is there anyway that the CFP should move out of its broadcasting contracts with ESPN in order to create somewhat of a more objective look? It seems like a massive conflict of interest that ESPN owns the rights to everything CFP related and can seemingly influence which teams get in.

I really don't want it to sound like I'm wearing my tin foil, but after seeing the shit that happened today, it's clear that something is off and there is that big conflict of interest.
