I just realized I never received my personalized souvenir tickets from the 2017 game. I went back through my emails and found a tracking number and it says there was a label created but it wasn't in their sytem. 

I reached out to the company so hopefully they can resovle this and I didn't fall for a scam. 

Did anyone else order these after attending the game and have a similrar experience?
