So in the past couple of years Ohio State’s teams have been called a lot of different things but what I heard yesterday out of the media was a first. In 2015 they were called “unmotivated” and accused of too many guys looking toward the NFL. Last year the team was called “unfocused” and had serious mental lapses I.E. Iowa game. But yesterday was the first time I have ever heard anyone accuse an Ohio State team of being “soft”. I can’t totally disagree with the assessment because this team has been pushed around all year by less talented teams. The Oline is getting pushed around and the Defense is getting the ball pushed down their throats week in and week out. I seriously hope that message and word gets back to the coaching staff and players because if there is one thing Ohio St should never be is “soft”.
