Try to think of it somewhat apart from how good the team is right now.  How well does the home team rise up on their home turf, and how much does the crowd add?  I guess I'm going for what would in a sense be the biggest point spread difference between a home game and a neutral field.  You know, which game would you switch to a neutral field if you were the coach of 'Above Average U' and you wanted to improve your odds.
