- 80.6 penalty yds/game (116th)
- 8.4 penalties/game (109th)
- 9.6 yds/penalty (93rd)
- 2.8 penalty 1st downs/game (116th)
Frankly this is horrific. OSU is in the bottom 10% of nearly every category. We are giving opponents 80 yds and 3 drive-extending 1st downs per game. I'm willing to bet at least one of those drive extension leads to the opponent scoring points on us. Last year OSU wasn't great but this year is noticeably worse. Why is this happening and what can be done to fix it?
