Kind of interesting to look thru the last 10 meetings and compare analytics. I am big into fantasy and the numbers usually balance out so I thought I would share
- Ohio State has scored 315 points against PSU in the last 10 meetings for an average of 31.5 points a game while PSU has scored just 184 pts a game for an average of 18.4 points a game (id take a 31-18 game in favor of the Buckeyes all day)
- PSU has won by as many as 7 points just 1 time over the last 10 years while OSU has won by at least 7 points 6 out of the last 10 meetings
- Ohio State has scored as many as 63 points while PSU's highest point total against us is 38
- Largest margin of victory was 63-14 in 2013
- Most points we have put up in happy valley is 35 in 2012 and the most PSU has had against us at home is 24 in the 2014 OT thriller
- The last 5 years against PSU we have worn alternate jerseys and the combined scores are OSU 192 PSU 110 for an average score of 38-22
- At happy valley OSU total points have been 111 to PSU 78 with average scores being 27-19
- Urban is 5-1 against PSU currently and PSU has beat us 3 times in the last 10 years (not all that bad)
- 5 times the OSU vs PSU game has not been a prime time kickoff (2009 - 3:30 @ happy valley, 2010 home 3:30, 2011 home 3:30, 2012 @ happy valley 5:30, and 2017 home 3:30
- College Gameday has attended this series 3 times in the last 10 years (also there for tomorrow) being 2008 home loss, 2010* home win, 2017 home win. **I also believe Corso picked us in all 3 of those contests but im not 100%**
