While one is our rival, and one is not, recent history would suggest the Ohio State-Penn State game has more bearing on the conference championship and national title picture than the other.  While not a foregone conclusion, let's assume for arguments sake Michigan gets a few more losses and is not in the Big Ten title picture going into the last game.  

I would go with the Michigan game every time, but wonder if others feel differently?
