I'm wondering how recruiting decisions/transfer acceptances can happen with Urban completely banned from any contact with coaches or the school.  I'm sure it's been in the works for a while, but the timeline is intriguing. The announcement came several days after Meyer was suspended. Did the final go-ahead happen before he was suspended? Or was this delegated to Day? I feel certain no one is communicating against the rules of the suspension. That would be really dumb.
