What a win last week! Always good to serve the skunkbears home a loser!!! MY ribs turned out fantastic, but the brisket was only OK. It was a pretty lean piece of meat, and the taste suffered a little. Still good, but I know it could have been better.
This Saturday, we are going to the game and probably going to tailgate. Last I had heard, everyone is bringing a dish and we are ordering a ridiculous amount of wings to take down. I am making Buffalo Chicken Dip.
4 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 packages of cream cheese
1 cup Franks (cayenne or wing sauce, or 1/2 cup each, whatever you prefer or have)
1 cup Ranch (I use hidden valley)
1 package Mozzarella cheese
1 package Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
Put in crockpot and cook on high for an hour or so, until hot. Make sure to stir so stuff doesn't burn.
I don't care for blue cheese, hence the omission. I will probably double or triple this recipe since we have such a large group going. I also use fresh chicken, boiled, instead of the canned stuff. Makes a HUGE difference.
Go Bucks!
