I was wondering, if OSU beat MSU but then lost to UM, then OSU, MSU, UM and PSU could all have 2 Big Ten losses.  In this case, who would be the Big Ten East representative in the title game?  I looked at the tiebreaker rules on the official Big Ten website, but frankly, I did not find them to be clear (e.g., says "compare records", but did not specify what records - overall, B10, or divisional).
