Jim Tressel developed a document called “The Winners Manual,” which he distributed to his football teams before the season.

 

I just found my "Winners Manual" from 2002. I used to be bored in meetings and this is what I would doodle on the front. I had #YoungstownPride and I was focused on #Hustlin daily...... "Neva will the struggle end" <<<--- I took that from the Styles P song "My Life" back in 02'. It was one of my favorite songs that year and still is. #Memories
