Westerville police confirm former Ohio State quarterback Troy Smith was arrested for an OVI.
It happened early Sunday around 2:38 a.m. in the area of State Street and Hoff Road.
Smith was pulled over for an improper display of a license plate and tested .143.
Police also found Smith was in possession of marijuana.
