It's going to take a drastic measure for Urban to fire some of the Offensive Staff.

With that said, I would be willing to lose again next week with another anemic offensive performance if that will be what it takes to fire some of these clowns on the staff.

Would you be willing to make that sacrifice, if that is what it takes to get an 'Elite' Offensive Coordinator and staff ?
