im beginning to be suspicious that teams are crashing the safeties in hard against us on first downs and on 2nd & medium or 3rd & short (plays we are likely to run on).

i noticed that most of Zeke's 5+ yd gains against NIU came directly after a completed pass of 7 or more and wonder if that stops the defense from playing run so hard for a play.
