Look, we have all come to be a bit spoiled/conditioned to expect high scoring out of Urban's offense, and rightfully so. But the more I think about it, the more I realize that this team looks more like the 2002 team than the 2014 team.
Closer than expected games (anyone remember the Cincy, Illinois or Purdue games in 2002?) but a rock solid performance by the Silver Bullets to keep us in games. They have even stepped up to score a few defensive TDs already.
It doesn't really matter how our offense looks if we continue to dominate on defense. We just need to worry about the teams we play each week and we will be fine come December 6th. Have faith and GO BUCKS!
