Sure I may be trying to make myself feel better, but i watched a lot of top ranked teams and there is a significant amount of sloppy play.  However, that is no excuse for the way the offense has played.  Over confidence may be a big factor - can bring the strongest to their knees.  Nobody is going to role over for you - you have to knock them down and kept them there.
