Not sure if anyone else feels this way, but I'm starting to get a little concerned that many of the high profile recruits from this year's class (minus Weber) have yet to get their black stripes removed - namely (but not limited to), Justin Hilliard, Torrance Gibson, Nick Conner, Eric Glover-Williams.  A lot of these guys seem to be turning heads in practice, which is the reason I wonder why they haven't had them removed yet.  

I'm still confident that a few of these guys will have an instant impact for the team - hopefully the lack of stripe removal is just a motivation tactic by Urban to keep them working hard and not an indication of something lacking from these guys.  I could be mistaken, but it just feels like the stripe removal process has been a lot slower this year than in years past.  Any thoughts?
