Maybe some of the more informed or better football minds can help me here, but with all the speed sitting on the bench in the WR room, why wouldn't you want those guys returning punts and kicks rather than having your prime time guys returning them?

Why risk Braxton, Zeke, etc when you got guys like Campbell, McLaurin, Smith, Dixon, etc who are speedy? Many of whom had KR/PR duties in HS too.
