I was wondering if the freshman who enroll early get the added advantage of using spring practice to remove the black stripe?  I find it surprising that guys like Cornell, and Connor haven't had their stripes removed given that they had several months to get ahead of the game.

Anyone have any insight on this?  Is the black stripe program active in the spring time?  If it is, are those freshman not eligible to have it removed until fall camp?
