This position assists with the coordination of all aspects of the football operations department; coordinates practice schedules and organizes and communicates with field managers; coordinates all aspects of football camps; including ensuring fields are prepared, organizing camp logistics including transportation, housing, registrations, and meals; develops camp schedules and oversees camp coach hiring process; assists with the logistics and oversight of all special events, clinics, and retreats; serves as liaison to the equipment room, ensuring information is accurately communicated; assists with bowl game preparations including hotel logistics, producing player manuals, managing player check ins and assisting with the oversight of all player functions; serves as on field equipment manager and provides assistance to equipment staff as needed; provides supervision for front office administration staff; works in a creative and collaborative team environment where change is embraced and innovation is encouraged.
