Today's game was another sign that OSU; while heading in the right direction is not truly a great team...yet...The Buckeyes are still too young & prone to youthful mistakes in all aspects of the game, today was a perfect example. On offense & special teams; turnovers have become a glaring problem that have resulted in major setbacks the past 3 weeks. Meanwhile, the kick game has become rather inconsistent, but the weapons on the wings have improved to the point where even when our QB is having an off game, his stat line can still get buffed by his play-makers into a 300+ yard & 4 TD day, something that was simply not possible in years prior. The defense is also improved despite losing 3 first rounders to the draft/suspension, but undisciplined play has allowed explosive plays on a regular basis (Coleman gained 75% of his yards on only 2 of his 25 carries), which is preventing the defense from crossing the threshold into the realm of the elite. While the progression of the Buckeyes is impressive, especially when considering Braxton's injury, I think we are still a year away from being a legitimately strong enough to win a championship...
