This is a question I heard someone say. Is JT a game manager or a game changer. Honestly I don't know. In the navy game he was more of a manager only attempting 15 passes but he was very effective and only made one mistake while throwing for 225 yards and 2 tds and 1 pick. But then Saturday against UC he goes 26-36 with 330 yards and 4 tds while rushing for 79 yards. So my question is it JT Barrett a game manager or a game changer?
