I remember watching the NCG against UF, and receiving a text from my best friend about the offense that UF was running, and how it was seemingly unstoppable. There was motion everywhere. Misdirection. Shovels to the TEs. Screen left, screen right. Open WRs short, medium and long. My best friends wife asked him, "why doesn't every team run this offense?"
So, now we have the HC from that team, and an OC with supposed similar views and philosophies when it comes to the offense. So where is it? Was it all Dan Mullen, or Kyle Whittingham at Utah (he was the OC right)? How is the offense put together? I thought it was UFM bringing in someone who ran a similar style, then Meyer would put in his concepts. That just doesn't seem to be happening. The offenses at Utah and UF were much more dynamic, even against elite defenses.
