What Pryor did is not only legal, it's not even against NFL rules. Just college rules. What Ray Rice did should put him behind bars.

Pryor had to leave college because of his mistake, and Goodell still banned him (and Tressel) 5 games. Crazy world.

I hate Roger Goodell as NFL commissioner and have for a while.   This is just his latest.  And what in the hell was the prosecutor thinking when he declined to bring charges against Rice???  Wow.
