First, I am never happy that someone gets hurt. However, part of me wonders if Young missing yesterday and today might actually be a good thing.  If Joe Lunardi is to be believed, OSU won’t move up to a 1 seed even if they win today.  He says TTUN and Illinois are already locks for the 1’s and OSU is locked in at a 2.

It would be nice to win the B1G, but if seeds are set already, a deep run in the tournament might mean more than a B1G tourney title.  And with Young’s known leg issues, not having to play 4 games in 4 days (assuming he recovers from the concussion) could be a good thing.
