Thad Matta went on Jon Rothstein's podcast on Tuesday. I didn't see it posted on here and I thought it was a really good listen. 

The Thad section spans from roughly 3:20 to about 20:40. He touches on losing guys early to the draft, if he prefers recruits like D Russ or guys like Aaron Craft and David Lighty, what went wrong last year, from injuries to off the court issues, and the culture change he's trying to implement within the program this year. Lots of good information.
