Obviously in the near future we go to the NIT, but what does the program do in the offseason? Do we see the assistants move on? Someone transfer in for one year? I'd like to have a civilized discussion on how we get better. The same old their hound and wait til next year or remember what we were like before Thad isn't working anymore.
