It's become standard practice that every HC begins his post-game presser with "this all falls back on me" type comment after a loss. No kidding coach, most fans realize that! But it almost sounds as if they're looking for some empathy and afraid to hurt any feelings of their staff or players. Not too long ago they would publicly demand accountability from others and say things were going to change. That made them appear to be a strong leader to me. I know that's petty, but it's become a pet-peeve of mine. Forgive me, but these bye weeks tend to make my mind drift, lol.
HC's "personal Accountability" Comments Getting Tiresome.
