It is official. The SEC voted unanimously to accept the applications from Texas and Oklahoma to join the SEC. The next step is for the Texas and Oklahoma BORs (Board of Regents) to approve the move. The earliest that the move can happen is after the 2025 season unless a buyout is negotiated between the Big 12 conference and the two schools.
