The Houston Chronicle, Austin American-Statesman,  The Dallas Morning News, The Daily Oklahoman, and Tulsa World are reporting that the University of Oklahoma and the University of Texas are in talks with the SEC regarding the two Big XII teams potentially joining the 14 team conference.  An unnamed spokesman said that an announcement could be made within two weeks.
